Alex Edlund is the Global Director, Search Marketing for Marriott International where he oversees performance marketing initiatives for more than 4000+ properties worldwide. He was heavily involved in the launch of Marriott Traveler, a new approach to destination marketing and remains focused on user-centric marketing strategies. Prior to joining Marriott, he built and developed Caesars Entertainment’s search program and managed Digital Marketing at VEGAS.com. Alex lives in Bethesda, MD with his wife and two children.
